Established in 2021, DKE PARTS PRIVATE LIMITED is an ISO 9001:2015 and ZED Silver certified manufacturer and exporter of precision fabricated and machined components for automotive, furniture, railways, and industrial applications. With in-house facilities for fabrication, machining, pressing, and welding, we produce engineering components as per customer drawings and specifications. Our team provides complete manufacturing support, including local sourcing, electronic data exchange, and quality compliance. We maintain ethical, safe, and sustainable practices, proudly supporting the ‘Make in India’ initiative and national industrial growth.
The Begining.
Our Story started in the year 1979 when Mr. Krishna Verma, initiated D.K. Dies and Tools, as a humble toolroom producing complex dies and tools for the local manufacturers. Born in a engineering family, Mr. Verma's knowledge and expertise, soon gathered attention and D.K. Dies and Tools became the most sought after unit for precision engineering work.
A New Step Forward.
The company's good reputation in the engineering world helped earn the distributorship of the much sought after German engineered pneumatics brand - Festo Pneumatics. The company since then, did numerous engineering projects with the Indian Railways and similar respected organisations, helping individuals design and produce several automation marvels.
The International Foray.
Powered with immense engineering experience, the company branched out into the field of engineering exports, with the inception of D.K. Exports. The Company quickly gathered attention and partnered with a UK OEM to produce, complex automotive seating assemblies and components for the overseas market.
New Way Forward.
The quality ISO certified organization changed leadership hands with Mr. Kunal K Verma, having international experience in US and UK.This bought a welcome change and expanded the company's customer base into several international locations, producing precision engineering components and assemblies. In the following years, the company forayed into manufacturing quality hydraulic cylinders and related precision components.
Achievements Recognized.
In 2018, the company achieved a milestone year, earning three prestigious national awards that recognized its outstanding contributions across multiple domains. Among these honors was the Silver Medal for Excellence in Engineering Exports, presented by the Government of Uttar Pradesh. The award was conferred by the then Hon’ble Chief Minister, Mr. Yogi Adityanath, acknowledging the company’s continued commitment to innovation, quality, and the advancement of India’s export potential.
A New Phase Unfolded.
The year 2021 marked a defining milestone in our journey, as DK Exports proudly transitioned into DKE Parts Private Limited, officially becoming a Private Limited company. This transformation was not just a change in name but a step toward a more structured, progressive, and globally driven organisation. With renewed energy, stronger systems, and wider international presence, we expanded our reach to serve customers across the world with greater efficiency and trust.
